What is really annoying is the fact that Sarah Showell owns that house.She owns many others on College and Somerset and illegaly converted them to rentals. Being an heiress to the Ocean City Showells (Castle in the Sand) it burns my ass that they exploited that area,you can find the owner of any property in Maryland by the tax assesment map on line for real property, what the house was purchased for and the previous owners.
