David See proudly served with the Salisbury Fire Department for 30 years. During his tenure as Salisbury's Fire Chief, the monster, Albero, continually targeted and harassed certain officers and members of SFD, especially See. Albero harassed and attacked him personally even going so far as publishing pictures of his residence, with his usual degrading remarks. He published See's Maryland court case records, as he has done for many of his targeted victims, using them in an attempt to further disparage his character. There is no doubt Albero had moles inside the fire department that would leak sensitive information to the monster. Unfortunately their identity could not be proven to ensure their termination from the department. See actually did something that the monster will never do - work for a living and actually earn a pension. Albero, in his small mind, still claims and believes that he "got rid of See" along with other City department directors. Where have we heard this before?
