We've received some messages of disappointment regarding lack of regular posts on this site. This is to clarify that this site is a reference tool and a log of evidence and is meant to be static. Certainly with all new Monster attacks, we will make new posts to reflect them so let us know if you see a Monster stalking or a Monster attack and we will capture and post it, however if you're expecting to see daily updates on what a creep Joe Albero is, there are other sites that do that quite well.

I have had many people email me or talk to me in person and say I think you need to change the title of that blog to Survivors of Joe Albero's attacks because almost every single one on here has done just that..survived these repeat assaults on their family, character or careers. When you call them a victim it is as if you are saying Joe took something from them, which in turn implies he has some power over any of these lives listed which we know he does not. If you made the list we want to congratulate you on surviving and showing the world Joe has no impact on your life and hold your head high as a Joe Albero Survivor

This site is not to further victimize the people listed here, it is only intended to show the wake of destruction created by a monster for so many and to shine some sunlight on a very deep dark place. After some quick research and a lot of input from those who have been attacked by the monster, Joe Albero, it is already apparent that his reign of terror in Delmarva is wide and deep and those that he has maliciously and obsessively attacked are many. Within just a few days of the inception of this blog we have listed over 150 upstanding and decent people who have been libeled and smeared by this monster and his cronies. Yet, there are many more. Each person here has a family who has also been effected by this monster. Children have been hurt. Husbands, wives, parents and siblings have been damaged by the terror this monster has brought on their families. This Monster, Joe Albero needs to be shunned by this community and stopped from further harm to the people on Delmarva.

As we collect the information and list the victims and or targets here, the pages of this blog will grow. Be sure to look through all the pages and decide if you want to do business with any of the people who fund this type of malice, as if it were OK. I haven't spent as much time working on this site as other people are but since my name is attached I have received several emails from people that simply want to forget about their victimization by Joe since they have moved on with their life, and want any post regarding them removed. Please, my friends, all the people working on this site are in no way trying to hurt you by bringing this up, and are just using it as an example of his nasty deeds. I do want to offer if you do not want yours listed please just email us.

However, all victims names will remain and we reserve the right to paraphrase the original sin committed by the monster. With everyone together (now over 130 targets and growing) no one should be afraid. If you would like to write what you would like said, in you defense, or state something positive about yourself, we'd be happy to post that as well.

Part 2 Of How It All Began

With Barrie Tilghman now his main target he then gets into a war with everyone Barrie Tilghman has hired including Chief Of Police Allan Webster who saw Joe as the pathological Liar he was from the beginning. Joe begins the Chief Jack and Coke line of posts along with the insinuations that Barrie Tilghman is breaking the law with getting illegal work done on her property by City employees, this leads to lawsuits by both of them against Joe.

During this time frame a new thing develops called an "anti-albero blog" several people notibly Karen Wells from the Off The Cuff Blog, Joe Perdue from Salisbury Soapbox and Susan Rainey from A Class Act. These blogs started letting people know about the lies and misinformation that were being spewed on sbynews. These people immediately became targets for Joe as he could not stand the truth getting out as he preferred being the only blog telling people what to think. It wasn't just an attack on the people but their families, their income and anything else he could attack to bring them down including threats of lawsuits, criminal charges you name it. Most of these blogs shut down because of this which made Joe feel like he could do that to anyone else that dared challenge him.

The really strange event that most people don't realize is that John Robinson and Joe were good friends during the 2006 beginning of 2007 area until the day that John had Jim Rapp on his radio show and didn't allow Joe to call in and to act the ass toward him on the air, this made John an enemy for not allowing Joe his public payback of the man he felt was responsible for Jennifer losing her job. From that point forward it was an all out hate fest between the two. That is what it is like to be a friend to Joe, if you don't do exactly what he thinks you should he will turn on you immediately.

It was also during this period that Joe found his love for the fire department. Remember anyone that was a friend of Barrie Tilghman=enemy in Joes mind. Bill Gordy had parked his car while on official business in a metered spot downtown in early 2007 and when Joe happened by and saw the meter had expired in his sick mind he had a gotcha. He finds out the car belonged to Bill Gordy who also happened to be Gary Comegy's treasurer for his campaign, well from that point on you know the history, daily Gordy this Gordy that attacks. He also begins attacks against Bill Gordy's son Jeremy all because of who Bill was friends with and an expired meter.

How Did It All Begin?

Well from many years of being involved in the blogging world and being public enemy number 1 in his book, I have gotten to talk to lots of people who have told me the story of Joe and how he became the monster we all know now.

Any discussion of this must begin at the Salisbury Zoo where it all originated from. Jennifer Albero worked there and had some issues regarding Jim Rapp then Zoo Director. Jennifer ends up losing her court case against the zoo and her job which in turn sets the animal off within Joe. He decides he will document the zoo every inch of it looking for illegal activities to get back at them for dare messing with his wife. This began in 2003 click here for Jennifer's Issues

His In-laws live next door to of all people Debbie Campbell so he gets to know Debbie very well on the trips to the Goetz household. Debbie of course has issue with many people in the City so a common bond forms. Debbie shares her tales of woe regarding Mike Dunn, Barrie Tilghman, Lynn Cathcart and many more actually too numerous to mention..open a phonebook with Joe. Albero of course likes to be made to feel important so this figures prominently in his defense of Debbie Campbell.

Well in the mean time issues at the zoo intensify so Joe sets up a meeting with Barrie Tilghman regarding them, when Barrie Tilghman doesn't nod her head and agree to Joes demands she becomes public enemy #2 behind Jim Rapp. Debbie has huge issues with Barrie so she sees an ally in Joe, someone that can go about attacking for her but give her the plausible deniability so she looks innocent of any misdeeds, and Joe has no problem with said arrangement.

He already has a criminal record including battery on Sharon Gravel which he was put on probation for in 1991. In 2003 as stated a temporary peace order was given to Jim Rapp to keep Joe from harassing him, also Mary Seamann. Karen Jones not only filed a temporary peace order but was granted a full one to keep Joe away from her for 6 months. Those listed above are all zoo employees.

While in this war with the zoo other enemies now make his radar. He starts coming to Salisbury City Council meetings to annoy Barrie Tilghman and others such as Mike Dunn and Lynn Cathcart.Why do you ask, well it's simple in Joes world. Debbie dislikes the victims and in Joes minuscule mind because Barrie Tilghman is on his shit list anyone that is friendly toward her is also an enemy. This includes the Chief Of Police Allan Webster. This is in the same days as Joes famous " waste of sperm" email to Barrie Tilghman.

I received a couple of phone calls moments ago telling me that Craig Jahelka just announced everything is fine on the Eastern Shore.

Well, I wouldn't fall for this crap Folks. I wish things were better for every one, believe me. However, (IMHO) there's NO WAY businesses are up 7.5% over last year. Every restaurant owner I've spoken to is crying the blues, (a figure of speech). You know the old saying, don't piss on my head and tell me its raining. It should end with, by Craig Jahelka.

GA Harrison Stalks Kris Adams

This grossly obese man is GA Harrison. Allegedly, he is unemployed and works for Joe Albero to attack various Wicomico county citizens.

Recently he admitted to stalking Kris Adams' house on Camden Avenue in Salisbury. He took pictures in and around her property at the bidding of Debbie Campbell who lives next door, making accusations that Kris Adams violated construction laws, when she had some repairs done to her property.

The usual petty personal attacks on Kris Adams and her family continued for many days and it would seem that GA doesn't take it quite as well as he gives it, as he took offense to someone calling him a "fat slob."

Over the last several months we have seen landlords such as Mitchell David and Salisbury Area Property Owners Association (SAPOA) president Kris Adams appear before the Salisbury City Council and praise city agencies such as Neighborhood Services and Code Compliance. It struck us as a little odd. For years the city government, and this department in particular, were public enemy number one amongst the SAPOA crowd. Maybe we can glean a little understanding from recent events.

Given that Campbell has been a vocal opponent of many SAPOA practices over the years, many have anticipated some fireworks.

The Adamses recently brought in some contractors to do some work, including concrete work. You will notice from the picture above that there is an absence of permits.
We first became aware of the work being done when it was mentioned that the Campbells’ retaining wall had been damaged by the concrete contractors.

I heard you posted this. Go FUCK YOURSELF! HaHa, I was told you were here, and gave you exactly what you received, because I knew nothing good would come from it. Wish you knew what else was on your meal. The laugh is on you! If no-oen else ever gets you, I DID! Did I say pay backs a bitch!

Moving forward, I was the only one who chose to order All You Can Eat Crabs. Not once did they bring me a full tray of crabs. It was a small basket of crabs and I'd have to wait for more. The Waitress would come around fairly frequently but what blew my mind after knowing I was paying $34.95 for my meal she'd say, WOULD YOU LIKE MORE. HELLO! In my honest opinion she should have brought them out as fast and as often as possible until I said I've had enough.

As for the quality of the crabs, they tasted like vinegar and very bland. There was Old Bay on them but they must be cooking them so fast these days nothing sinks in, flavor wise. When your paying $34.95 I expect one hell of an experience and I truly cannot believe Eastern Shore resident tolerate such crap. Maybe there's so many come here's that they've forgotten what good crabs are all about. One thing I can assure you of is, I get the best crabs of the year whenever I go to one of those fundraisers where the crabs were cooked earlier and the old bay marinades into the meat.

I would expect this kind of crap in the transient atmosphere of Ocean City, not out in the boonies where we know how things are made here on the Eastern Shore. I'm constantly amazed at how many vehicles are outside this restaurant on weekends, especially in the middle of the summer.

So all in all the cost for four people to eat dinner ran us about $150.00 total. Two of the meals were 8 oz steaks, again, a complete joke, especially for the price they were charging. Hard seats, people almost yelling at most of the tables, you know, a complete redneck environment where most just wanted to be recognized. Some bitch about little kids making too much noise in a restaurant but in my honest opinion, adults making even more noise is far more annoying.

So I believe this will be our last trip to the Old Mill in Delmar. I'm just not Redneck enough for such crap.

I hope we don't start to trash our wonderful sheriff because he decided his relationship was too close and that sensitive information was being compromised.

Money doesn't always dictate how to do things and sometimes you have to pay for things instead so information insn't compromised. I think SBYNEWS exploited that relationship and it won't be long before Joe puts out info that will make our sheriff uncomfortable. I hope this doesn't happen, but the ego I have witnessed doesn't tell me otherwise.

I'm glad we have SBYNEWS and I'm glad we have our sheriff and SA. I hope things can stay cordial and respectful so the community doesn't get dragged into more drama. Not everything that happens here or anywhere needs to be made public. There is a reason the government has security clearances and most journalist will respect this because they want to keep the relationship strong.

I'm sure after Joe reads this he will start to bash me, but thats ok, I can take it. I'm still glad he has exposed things in our community, but I also think when you turn your back on our creator, you need to humble yourself and get that relationship in order.

Though this is an unfortunate situation, I think Mike Lewis is professional enough that he's not going to play any games like that.
He didn't want info posted, and Joe posted it anyway (right or wrong).
So Mike Lewis says if his request wasn't respected, he won't give him the info in the future.
Pretty straightforward.

Let's wait and see how this deal works out before we all get in a twist over it.

Mardela, you have every right to your opinion. There has not been information I published that compromised an investigation, so you're wrong.

I am in no way trying to make Sheriff Lewis uncomfortable. Mike made his bed, he has to lie in it.

I too am glad we have the Sheriff we have as well as the States Attorney. However, I have a business to run and both of these men are not only much younger than I am, they have less business experience. Like it or not, it has not only been proven in a court of law that I am MSM, Sheriff Lewis has proven and even stated such publicly and I cannot be removed from their press releases and or press conferences. Heck, even Chief Webster learned that. Mind you, he started holding press conferences OUTSIDE the police department as a way of pounding his chest showing I would not enter HIS building, (that belonges to the taxpayers). If I have to take them to Court, believe me, I will do so on principal alone.

It's important for everyone to know, the WCSO does not make or break SBYNews. You CANNOT get those press releases and information ANYWHERE ELSE, or hadn't you noticed that before. Heck, I could have put exclusive on every one of those press releases because no one else provided it.

The Sheriff's Office and States Attorneys Office doesn't have the right to strong arm the press, as they attempted to do a couple of weeks ago. Again, we didn't publish anything that chalenged or jeopardized that case, period.

Mike Lewis is NOT my creator Mardela. He may be a God to you but he is just a man who puts his pants on the same way I do. I am not better, nor is he any better than me. I respect Mike as a Sheriff and Mike should respect me as a for of media.

If a Judge must decide the outcome, so be it. In closing, Sheriff Lewis didn't cut off Joe Albero. Sheriff Lewis cut of tens of thousands of CITIZENS who depend of SBYNews to deliver criminal information to them on a daily basis.

anonymous 4:37, you may want to live in a country where certain department heads can determine what you can or can't know but we're talking about a Sheriff, not the Pentagon. I live in AMERICA where free speech is one of my rights. The Sheriff may not like my opinion but one day he will learn to agree to disagree. In my honest opinion, this will not go over well with those other Americans who respect and appreciate the information we provide on a daily basis.

By the way, Sheriff Lewis was out of town when we chose to publish the Leggs information. It was Maciarello who was afraid I might say too much but ended up being VERY pleased we didn't even come close to mentioning the sensative part.

If you want to be upset with me because I told the TRUTH, get over it. It's my job and clearly I do it better than the rest of the "yes men media" in this community because NONE of them were even close to knowing anything was going on in the Leggs case.

He wants to cut you out (the only one that gives us up to date info in all areas). Shame on him. But as you said he is an "elected offical". Mr. A., I will still come here for all my news. You could be a week behind and still be faster and better then the other MSM. It's funny how everyone likes you when you are on their side, then when you report something they don't like they turn on you. That is when their true colors come out. Sounds like they asked you to keep quiet on what you'd heard prior to thae actual court date. The post you put up clearly speculated that a deal had been done when in fact nothing was final until Leggs actually plead guilty in open court.

I think they asked you to keep quiet because nothing was finalized & you posting the plea agreement early could have jepordized the case.

If the States Attorney "demanded" you to keep quiet you obviously did not listen. Your posting and the comments that followed stirred up a lot of *hit.

You & your site are a great asset to our community until you take something personal, like this request to keep quiet until it happens or choose to assinate someones character in a way in which you look like an ass (Brewington).

I love you & this site 90% of the time. Thank you for what you do for our community.

As a former law enforcement officer I felt that Mike's relationship with Joe was far too buddy buddy so this makes all the sense in the world to me. I'm sorry if the people at this blog got their feelings hurt but this is the way it really should be.

I don't know about buddy buddy but in the real (adult) world, police agencies and news outlets have a working relationship. It bendfits both of them.

My feelings are not hurt unless you are referring to Joe.

Sounds to me like the sherrif is the one with hurt feelings. Don't know, don't care.

He can't stop anyone from getting information. He may make it take longer and more difficult but it will come out.

If Lewis wants to play games, that is his right. It will only hurt him in the long run. Leave your ego at home. It gets in the way of doing the job you were ELECTED to do.

You answer to the same ones you are trying to cut off. The next election may find you cut off and out in the cold. Then you will really be pouting.

Let me make this VERY clear to everyone. What they did NOT want out to the public referencing the Leggs case we kept quiet. They were afraid that I was going to mention Leggs coming to Wicomico County at 6:00 AM on Thursday, (the next day) I did not. I did NOT release ANY information that wasn't already signed, sealed and delivered in the Leggs case. In FACT, I could have said everything I already knew thursday morning or let's say by noon. I waited until the following TUESDAY to say anything.

So do NOT imply I said or did anything against their wishes. You are ALL welcome to call Mike or Matt referencing this and they will have to agree, or they're liars, which I do not believe they are.

I've said this before and I'll say it again. MD has too many cops the result of which is continued overlap of administration for the same taxpayer service. On the Shore, the MSP, the many sheriff's departments, plus the local municipalities such as Salisbury for their department. CONSOLIDATE. Didn't hear me? I'll say it again... CONSOLIDATE! Just look at Delaware's structure. Are they overrun by crime? Of course not and they have far fewer cops.

I can totally understand them not wanting it known that Leggs' was coming back into the county and that wasn't published.

6:48 I'd pay more taxes as long as Lewis isn't the leader of a consolidation. If the MSP is over the area and the sheriffs city police are brought under them -- ok! Even if they only had 3-4 counties consolidated, would be fine and the money can be pooled to pay for services. There wouldn't be that "it's my turf" stuff to even deal with then. So What REALLY Happened At Wor-Wic Last Week

Last week we published a question HERE about a 23 year long employee being escorted out of Wor-Wic Community College. The article/question produced quite a few comments but today Salisbury News will reveal the TRUTH about what's going on.

Amanda Trego has worked for Wor-Wic for the past 23 years. Amanda graduated college with 2 BS Degrees in 4 years. Two years later she received her first Masters Degree and ultimately she earned two Masters Degrees. Amanda was considered one of the top 5 most valuable employees at Wor-Wic.

After 20+ years Amanda unfortunately started having health issues and this past March Wor-Wic actually put her on probation because of her medical conditions.

Last week they did not fire or terminate Amanda, Wor-Wic simply chose NOT to renew her contract, mainly due to her having to go see specialists. We're told that Wor-Wic, (rather than supporting a 23 year long dedicated employee) chose her medical leave and condition was too much for them to handle.

OK, so why the big deal, right. Well, it turns out, Wor-WicSELF INSURES their employees. Amanda was supposed to go see a specialist in Washington, D.C. for her condition, (which is quite serious) but because they would not give her the leave to do so, she has ignored her Doctors request. Keep in mind, there are NO specialists on the Eastern Shore that can handle her condition. I do know her condition but IMHO its private and I will not share such information here.

Nevertheless, Amanda is clearly a well educated person and based on the fact that someone LEAKED her being escorted out of War-Wic, I felt it extremely important to let every one know the whole truth about what's going on. Amanda has given her life to Wor-Wic. No matter the weather condition, Amanda has always been on call. The list of accolades goes on and on about this woman.

Over the past several years Wor-Wic has hired different leaders to run things out there and from what we're told, this new one is a real doozy. Its all about the money. Its all about employers asking their employees to dedicate their lives for large profits, yet when it comes to the health of the employee, screw them, let them go and move on. My Wife experienced a similar situation with former Mayor Barrie Tilghman and her 18 years on the job with the Salisbury Zoo. She herniated three disks in her back, (ON THE JOB) and she was terminated.

So I feel for Amanda Trego. Rather than ANYONE ever thinking Amanda was let go for ANY other reason, I want this Post to serve as the TRUTH and what Wor-Wic is capable of.

At a recent Fruitland City council meeting which took place on April 12, 2011 Ms. Adams, Richard Insley and his son (for real! does anyone else think that Rich Jr. is freshly off "the little yellow bus"? Will SAPOA Tactics Backfire?

Yesterday’s post regarding Kris Adams, president of the Salisbury Area Property Owners’ Association (SAPOA), her daughter Alex, and newly elected Salisbury councilman Tim Spies should be cause for concern to all Salisbury voters. Are these tactics the actions of a disturbed woman or an organized attempt to intimidate elected officials who are not already firmly in their grasp?

On this question, we shouldn’t even speculate at this time. Only time will confirm whether or not Monday’s call to the Salisbury Police was an isolated and bizarre act or a pattern of behavior. However, we believe that we should all be reminded of past behavior by related parties so that we can be vigilant as to any future action.

Several years ago I was at a dinner with family and friends. After we had eaten, an acquaintance came to our table for a visit. This person, a fairly prominent businessman in Salisbury, commended me for “taking (then Salisbury mayor) Barrie Tilghman to task” and further remarked that literally having to wade through drug dealers and hookers to get to his office door each morning was having an adverse effect on his business. After thanking him I asked why he and his business colleagues didn’t show up at council meetings and demand that the city do a better job. His reply? Anyone who dares show up to council meetings on a Monday night to complain is met Tuesday morning with a cadre of code compliance officers followed by a stiff fine for offenses real or imagined.
In 2007, SAPOA members delivered letter to their tenants denouncing council candidates Terry Cohen and Tim Spies. Some went so far as to claim that tenants would lose their abodes if Cohen and Spies were elected.
In 2009, mayoral candidate Jim Ireton not only had to campaign for office but had to endure multiple anonymous mass mailings containing some of the most vile and hateful garbage I have witnessed in over 35 years of political involvement.
During the same campaign, Ireton and councilwoman Debbie Campbell were the victims of gross misrepresentations by Kris Adams’ daughter Alex. Ironically, the younger Ms. Adams did so while (falsely) claiming to be a spokesperson for the Salisbury University student government. When made aware of this, the SU student government had to step in and denounce Ms. Adams’ actions.
SAPOA members have publicly attacked supporters of Mayor Ireton’s “Safe Streets” package (a measure that SbyNEWS does not fully support) and compared them to Nazis.

These are just a few examples of past behavior that can be traced to SAPOA members and their political allies.

While this site, and this writer, have been accused of “intimidating” public officials and of causing good candidates to not run for public office, we find it amusing that I have always signed my work and stood by any charge I have leveled. Yet, we see a demonstrable pattern of SAPOA members and their allies anonymously attacking candidates and hurling slurs at people whose greatest crimes are exercising their God-given rights to speak their mind and freely assemble.

The most ironic charge thrown at SAPOA’s political opponents (enemies, in SAPOA’s eyes) is that they somehow “hate renters”. IF Mayor Ireton’s “Tenant Bill of Rights” actually becomes law this year, we wonder how SAPOA and its allies will attempt to manage the spin.

For the present Salisbury citizens should simply be vigilant. As the prospectus says – “Past performance is no guarantee of future results.” We know from experience that Salisbury voters are decreasingly willing to believe the hateful, ridiculous, and anonymous charges thrown out by SAPOA members and their allies. Simply look at the last three city elections. We can only hope that this past week’s incident is a foolish act by an individual. If a pattern emerges, recent history indicates that these tactics will backfire and SAPOA’s own actions could be the cause of its worst nightmares.

SAPOA should lay low and out of the spotlight. All Kris Adams is doing is energizing the troops against all landlords. I hope the Mayor does pass his legislation and we will get the last laugh. If I was SAPOA I would try to distance the group from Kris Adams and keep a low profile. Time will tell but I think she has made some big mistakes and the group will suffer for it.

In one case it is clearly anecdotal. I relayed and anecdote of what occurred at a dinner I attended. You are free to call me a liar, but you certainly have no evidence to refute my statement.

As to the other examples I gave, I have written multiple posts in the past that included links to scanned copies of the offending documents.

Fruitland already has enough problems with the students that rent from these guys. Did you know that Fruitland has an officer assigned to college student-related incidents? That's how many problems we have, and if you ask Insley to do something about his tenants, he tells you to call the police. That would be the same person that offered his business card when he first bought the property, saying to call him if you had ANY problems with the tenants next door. He only does what he has to in order to rent these places out, leaving the people who own their property to suffer. You can always tell the rentals from the trash in the yards, total lack of upkeep with the grass, bushes, etc. Apparently he's an ass to deal with as a tenant, too, from what I've been told. With SU building so much student housing, I fail to see why they can't live there, leaving the neighborhoods to families again. If you have an issue with what I've said, obviously you've not had to live by these "party houses".

SAPOA President Calls Police on Salisbury Councilman

As reported in this morning’s Daily Times, Salisbury Area Property Owners’ Association (SAPOA) President Kris Adams filed a police report alleging that Salisbury city councilman Tim Spies "… insulted her and she perceived a threat". This incident occurred Monday evening in the council chambers after the swearing in of new council members.

No charges were filed. Spies was not even aware that the Salisbury Police had been called until Tuesday during the city council’s work session.

A few minutes after the incident, Spies spoke about it. According to Spies, Adams and her daughter Alex (a student at Salisbury University and the purported publisher of The Other Salisbury News blog) were sitting in the council chambers and Alex Adams began making faces at Spies while he was delivering his comments after being sworn in. This is confirmed by Mayor Jim Ireton. In a statement to the Daily Times, Ireton said:

"The Adams' family has a history of aggressive behavior with elected officials," he said in a written statement. "I watched the family heckle and make faces at Councilman Spies. This behavior is par for the course."

Similar behavior from Miss Adams was also witnessed during the Camden Neighborhood Association’s candidate forum prior to the recent council elections.

After the meeting, Kris Adams approached Spies. Spies stated that he asked Adams if her daughter “had a touch of Tourette’s”. Adams suggested that Spies ask her. She then brought her daughter up to Spies. When Spies asked her about making faces while he was speaking, she mumbled, “Oh, I didn’t think you saw that.”. A few moments later, Adams came up to Spies and accused him of “intimidating her family”.

At the time this story was relayed, it was considered a mildly humorous anecdote and not thought to be newsworthy. It wasn’t until Adams filed a police report that she made it so.

Some of these people literally devote their entire days to writing about Sby News and Joe. It is so funny.

Oh and Joe's picked up some new cult members. I was talking with someone who works with children with learning disabilities mostly brought on by Fetal Alcohol Syndrome. She assured me that there would be NO personal attacks, yet that too was a complete lie. It clearly shows she has no control over her Daughters behavior, not that she should, she's an adult. However, my child would never go on the attack like her Daughter is and in my opinion the Daughter has a lot of screws loose in her head.

A friend just sent me the below comment found on another Website....

"I have no doubt that Sarah was found on 12/24. As a political move, Mike Lewis called the community together to search. They were sent everywhere but where the body was. I had friends who went and searched on their own even they people were told not to. A red ribbon was found on the property where she was found indicating that it had already been searched. The red ribbon was a nice little gimmick,wasn't it? Well thought out and useful. I am very bitter about this. I did not celebrate Christmas with my children as I usually do. My children did not have a joyous happy day. Don't get me wrong, I would do it all again, but I am angry that it didn't have to be that way. How did Joe Albero know? He was with Mike Lewis at the command post on 12/24 (not out searching like everyone else)and got the info directly from him and/or that agency."

MY RESPONSE...

While Sheriff Mike Lewis and I are not on good terms at this point and time I'd still like to make something VERY clear here. During this period, Sheriff Lewis was VERY upset because of the information I was receiving and even forwarding to Sheriff Lewis. Sheriff Lewis, (nor any of his staff) at NO time during this investigation fed me any information and I'd swear to that in a court of law.

While there are some who'd like to believe different, let me assure you, Sheriff Lewis over the past 5 years has ALWAYS been amazed at the information I have received, sometimes before HE even became aware of it.

Now, that being said, let me assure each and every one of you following Salisbury News, I know more about this case and things that happened than ANY one of you. You have to believe me when I tell you, it kills me inside to have made the choice to keep that information to myself. And trust me, 95% of it has to do with the case and NOT how things happened to little Sarah.

Out of respect, (for now) for the Family I have chosen to stay silent. However, believe me, there may come a time in which I will say my peace and if certain Family Members keep doing what they're trying to do, that time may come sooner than anyone thinks and that won't be good for a LOT of people.

I simply wanted to clear the air on the above matter. Sheriff Mike Lewis is a good Sheriff. The choices that were made were in the best interest of Sarah Foxwell and the investigation and conviction of Thomas Leggs. Remember, it was my Christmas too. Yet we stayed put until the very end, or shall I say, until WBOC could go LIVE with it.

We feel the pain. Salisbury Taxi owes Salisbury News over $1,000.00 and Kickers Karate owes us more than $600.00, they, (Kickers) never once paid their bill. While we have been paying for classes for our Grandson there for years, Kickers almost begged to advertise on Salisbury News and has simply refused to pay a penny for their ad. We even have saved e-mail messages from them telling us how much traffic they received from advertising with us and they are well aware those advertising dollars gets paid forward to charities and local non profits. By the way, the owner of Kickers is friends with John Robinson.

Now you know why their ads have been removed.

N.Y. Pizzeria, No Longer The Best

I'll be the first to admit, it's been quite a while since I spoiled myself at N.Y. Pizzeria but to be frank, they're well out of my way and I just haven't had the chance to drop in.

That being said, we happened to be in Fruitland Friday night and when we were driving home my Wife said, let's get a Pizza from N.Y. Pizzeria.

We pulled in and I have to admit, I was excited to get one of those Bronx Bomber Pizza's with the works. We happen to enjoy the one with the Ricotta Cheese, N.Y. Sausage, Garlic, MMMMMMMM!

We walked in and the first thing we noticed was the filthy floors. The place just didn't look very clean but we ordered the Pizza anyway. I said, give me that monster sized Pizza with the sausage, ricotta cheese and garlic. It came to almost $26.00 but I always say, if it taste good, who gives a crap what you're paying.

After waiting and sitting around looking at the filth everywhere, the pizza came in a box with a strip of tape across the top to seal it. We left thinking, man, I can't wait to dig into this thing. We got home and without any hesitation I cut the tape and opened the box.

Wait a minute, NO GARLIC? NO SAUSAGE? Just a plain white pizza with Ricotta cheese? $26.00!!!!!!!!!!!! I should have known better. The BRONX isn't what it used to be and neither is N.Y. Pizzeria!

They can call me and tell me they'll make it up to me, NO THANKS PAUL. I spoke to several people since last night and they said they regularly get deliveries with no sauce, "we''ll get you next time," they claim you say. They had a great thing going but for $26.00 we'll order 2 extra large pizza's from Delmar Pizza and actually ENJOY what we get.

Stay off the sauce too Paul, if'n you know what I mean.

eric thompson, the owner of kickers is a piece of crap. he started with powerkicks in fruitland. heard he left owning tons of money there. opened the place in delmar. filed bankruptcy. had a place in ocean pines, one over in the same strip center as old west steakhouse and now the one known as "kickers". i'm sure he left all those other places deeply in debt too. makes me sick knowing he can do this over & over again with no reprocussion and there are honest businesses out there struggling to stay alive.

you should take the non-payers to court joe. not for the money, for the principle.

Actually Eric opened up TWO places in Delmar. One was in Delmar Commons Shopping Center and then he moved to the downtown area.

Here we go again Folks! So you know in advance I will be posting in the next few days a link in which you will be able to view the very first Sassafras/City Council Meeting and once you see it you'll be blown away with what was stated and what they've done. Yess Barrie Tilghman & Mike Dunn, you're going down!

Nevertheless, Mr. Ruark is up to no good again. Are you familiar with Nutters Crossing and the newly expanded section? Mr. Ruark had promised that he would be adding his own water and sewer facilities there but rumor has it the entire project is becoming far too expensive and he's asking the City to annex the property into the City.

What gets me the most about these Builders is that they say they're going to do one thing, (in other words, LIE) and then they come back to the Taxpayers and force them to foot the bill for their wants and needs.

Seems to me that Mr. Ruark has become a master at this game! First of all, this property is NOT in the Smart Growth portion of the City. The City would not consider anythingOUTSIDE the Bypass and as we can ALL recall, Mike Dunn stated VERY clearly that there would be "NO MORE LARGE ANNEXATIONS."

That being said, ALL of you now have the heads up on this issue/matter and it's time you step up to the plate and shut these Developers down! This property is NOT in the Comprehensive Plan and Mr. Ruark should be forced to eat his own words and or shut down his business and move elsewhere.

The Mans Drinking Cup Is Bigger Than His Head!

At yesterday's Planning & Zoning Meeting I watched this Chucklehead pick up a mug like I have never seen before and start slamming down gulp after gulp of whatever was in this 1/2 keg of liquid.

Now I could see if the guy was 700 lbs and couldn't get out of bed. Yeah, bring him a mug like this one. However, I'll assure you this guy drives down the road with this thing and as you can clearly see, he can't see didly!

So should we contact the manufacturer and demand they put rear view and side mirrors on these things as they are clearly a hazard to any conditions?

Maybe if the manufacturer was smart they'd do one of those infomercial deals where they sell the mug for $19.95 but offer the pee cup that would accompany this mug for free? "Never stop working. Simply slam your favorite beverage and pee right into the free cup every 5 minutes and your employer can't terminate you for taking too many breaks."

Here's Living Proof I Was In The Press Room Inside The Police Departme

First of all, I want to thank so many of you for the personal e-mail messages supporting me.

Yesterday I walked through the front doors of the Police Department, looked at the glass window and the Officer waved me into the back of the Police Department through their security door.

Once inside I could quickly see the room in which there were several people, including the Press. I went into the room and with all smiles said hello to 90% of the people I already knew and they responded with hand shakes back and or friendly hello's.

I positioned myself in a spot where I thought I could get good shots when one of the Officers came to me and said, "Joe, the Chief would like to speak to you outside for a second." I knew right then and there that the Chief was going to ask me to leave.

I got outside the room and looked down the hallway and there was the Chief leaning up against the corner of the wall with his arms folded and I very politely said, good afternoon Chief, how are you today? He replied, "Get the hell out of my building Joe." I stood there in awe and I said, you're kidding, right? He replied, "You are not the Media and I want you to leave." I replied, come on Chief, you know my Blog Site is huge, how could you not consider me as a local source of news? He responded, I'm escorting you to the front door, are you going to give me a problem? I replied, oh yes sir, I'm going to give you a huge problem on my Blog Chief. You know you just started a war, right? He replied, I don't give a damn what you have to say Albero, just get the hell out of my building now.

Well Folks, I think you all know me well enough by now to know, I'm from the Bronx in New York and we have a phrase we like to use for men like Chief Webster who hide behind a Badge and are actually a yes man to a female Mayor. That phrase is what we like to call a "pussy."

So know this from here on out Chief Webster. Know what is on my mind every time you see me from this point forward whenever you see me smiling at you. The next time you try to throw that Kojak stare at me THAT HAS NEVER WORKED ANYWAY in the attempt to intimidate me, I'm going to smile Chief and inside you're going to know, (without my having to say anything) exactly what I'm thinking. Oh yes Sir, it's a word that will now haunt you the rest of your career because all the Officers there who know I'm NOT out to make any trouble are right now laughing at you because they truly have no more respect for you. After all, a little guy like me is standing up to a pussy like you and they're laughing at you Chief.

Any further attempt to harass me Chief will bring on multiple law suits against you and the City. I have the right to think and believe what I believe right here and now and I have every right to express those thoughts. You have violated my rights as an American and you're going down through the legal system, period.

Remember this final note Folks. When is the last time you ever heard of a MAN getting thrown out of a Police Department? Have any of you ever known of a BIGGER man than that? You're a pitiful little man Chief Webster and I've known this from the very first day I met you. On that day the Chief said, "Joe, I don't have a problem with you and I hope you don't have a problem with me because I like my job." Remember that Chief? You must not like your job too much because I'm now coming after it. We'll see YOU in Court this time Chief. :-)

Hunter Nelms Was A "No Show" (AWOL) At The Swearing In Of Mike Leiws

There was one individual I was looking high and low for at the swearing in ceremony for Mike Lewis and that was former Sheriff Hunter Nelms. I was sure the man would be there and I was completely wrong.

At one point I asked Mike Lewis, where the heck is Hunter Nelms? Mike replied, "Joe, I personally invited Hunter and I have no idea what happened to him." That being said, (IMO) his absence was very disrespectful.

I can't recall perfectly but I believe the Master of Ceremony Davis Ruark mentioned Hunter Nelms name and there was a standing ovation. After 20+ years of leading the Sheriffs Department you'd think he would have been there for his Officers and welcome the new Sheriff with open arms. After all, he's the one that retired and he wasn't voted out.

As I wish Hunter the very best life can offer and I'm grateful for all he has given, I'm disappointed in his final decision.

As soon as you get even close to Ocean City, the Family B.S. goes right out the door. In 5 years Ocean City is going to be what we call, "Little Atlantic City." You'll have a really nice Boardwalk but go two or three blocks in from that Boardwalk and there'll be drug addicts, slums and crime everywhere.

I know we all want to savor the images of the past of Ocean City but sadly to say, they're gone. Crime gets covered up worse than Salisbury in the newspapers and the Mayor has absolutely NO POWERS, unlike Salisbury where they have given all the powers to the Mayor, Idiots!

So take a picture, it will last longer. Ocean City is on its way to being a top drug and crime arena and there's not much anyone can do about it. The Chief of Police there likes to play with the Chief of Police here.

If you watched the Council Meeting last night you saw this gentleman first of all step in front of Mr. Holland and race to the microphone to get his little PR Speech out about the mediation company he works for. He even went so far as used Dr. Martin Luther King as a ploy to market his company on PAC 14 and invited the entire Council out to his forum in a few days. (I'll NOT promote his company and or the dates of his BS affair) Nevertheless, Dunn just sat there like a complete Idiot and didn't gavel this man as he went on and on about marketing and promoting his company.

I think I'll open a new toilet paper company and use PAC 14 as a way to show people what they're dealing with and how they can properly use this paper. I'll leave the forum up to Jim Rapp to run for me.

Mr. Cathcart got up in front of the County Council as the second speaker during the public comment, (only after Debbie Campbell) and called "anyone" against the TIF was "shallow minded."

His attack against others by acting like a bully has once again failed for him. Later that evening his wife Lynn came out in a work session, (talking about Debbie Campbell) and said, "I just don't like her any more."

Last Monday evening, Terry Cohen was quoting Gary Comegys when she stated that Gary had called her a C.A.V.E. person. (Citizens Against Virtually Everything) Mike Dunn immediately gaveled Terry down and told her, "Not Here!" It was OK for Gary to call a Lady a Cave Woman but how dare Terry call him on it publicly?

The tone needs to change, the name calling needs to end and IMO, how dare the City Council try to bring into the County Council Meeting their version of the charades they subject people to in their meetings. My hope is that the County Council not stand for this kind of behavior and stick to the professional business they have brought through their own personal experience in the business world.

After multiple phone calls to our home, Randy asked Jennifer to please relay a message asking if we'd remove the photos of his children on an earlier post today. What puzzles me is this......

First of all, why would he post these photos on their front entrance door if they were so worried about any exposure of their children?

Secondly, we're not talking about Elvis Presley's children here. I could see a major celebrity wanting to keep their children from the public, but a Taylor?

OK Randy, I removed the photos. Now, will we see some changes/improvements on your properties? Perhaps you can tell me when the mortgage on the building next door was completed and then the date in which you were on the Historical Society Board? Did you recuse yourself on the Historical Society Board when you made decisions on that building, (possibly AFTER you gave them the mortgage)?

I'll be digging into this information and hopefully you're clean on the deal. If not, well, it will make the Blog. Things better be on the up and up around Salisbury or this investigative reporter will get to the bottom of it and the games/scams will come to a close very quickly around here.

Barrie Tilghman made a proud statement that they had finally opened the Oasis Car Wash next to Sam's Club and let me tell you Ladies & Gentlemen, I'm there quite often and there's rarely anyone there. The first few days they opened they had stragglers here and there but since then, I haven't seen a single car use that facility. I wouldn't be surprised if they get into the Enterprise Zone too. From the looks of it, I'd say this is going to be a very short lived Car Wash under this ownership anyway.

"As a business located on a frequently traveled street in Salisbury, we are often asked to put up yard sale signs for events and political campaigns. Trying to be a good neighbor, we help everyone by placing signs to inform the public.

Even though I am not a voter in Salisbury, I put up a sign for a candidate after a polite request. However, the negativity of politics as practiced in this city has been turned against us.

First, local blogs attacked us for placing a sign for someone other than their candidate. Now we have received an unsigned letter, implying it came from a former customer, attacking us for exercising our right to free speech: "I was troubled to see a Gary Comegys for mayor sign posted at your place of business. ... Even if you take yours down, I have to consider my customer relationship with your business as being tainted."

This is America. Our democracy is not well-served by this type of hatefulness. The voters of Salisbury are tired of the fight between two small groups of politically active citizens that results in all of us looking bad. In a community that can rise up and provide incredible support on short notice for sick kids and other important causes, we should not allow candidates or their supporters to use negative campaigning or launch attacks on citizens who are trying to practice free speech.

We are better than that.

These candidates need to stop their supporters from using intimidation and focus instead on the issues facing Salisbury, which are considerable in these tough economic times.

Neighbors Not Being Neighborly

Jeremy Gordy has been known to be a nuisance to his neighborhood and community with numerous calls to the City for a multitude of violations. A few weeks ago neighbors called about trash being stored on his property and when the City came out AGAIN to inspect the situation, they felt that considering it was on a trailer, it would soon find its way to the Dump. NOT!

Did You Get Screwed By A Local Accountant Too?

I was at my hairdressers earlier today, and there was a conversation going on about a local accountant, who had taken in many peoples’ tax information, but never got around to doing their paperwork. Those that she did were badly done, and most of those folks (or so I hear) had issues that required another tax person to resolve. What seems weird was that, they said, the office actually remained closed for a good while, so that these people couldn’t even get their stuff back to take to someone else. There were several people involved in this conversation, and they all knew someone who had had a similar experience.

When my hairdresser finally got their tax paperwork back there were several errors, very expensive errors. She said that the second guy, the one that fixed the errors, was told who he said he’d already fixed several other peoples messes from this particular person.

I writing you regarding an issue that is deeply bothering me. I am a family member of Sarah Foxwell and I have just come to learn that there is an event in her name this Saturday at the Powellville VFW. The problem I am having is that the event is from 8pm to midnight, with alcohol and a rock band,and of all things it is called Sarah Foxwell "Kick Off" Event. Sarah was an 11 year old girl and how on earth is this a benefit to her. Who gives these people permission to use her name in this way.

I will add this as well. I have come to learn that some family members are planning a Candle Light Vigil very near Christmas Day. I am appalled that we would ask this community to live this tragedy over again especially at Christmas time. Enough is Enough!! I know everyone in this community will be thinking of her and how we lost our "Christmas Angel". I will not be attending either event. My mourning will be done in private.

I would like to take this moment to say Thank You to everyone who searched and prayed for Sarah. I would also like to Thank You Joe for your work in Annapolis. You helped to make sure that our children are better protected in the future.

The Pittsville Fire Department Is Off Its Rocker!!!!!!

As you can clearly see from the photos provided, the Pittsville Fire Department had no room to park and had even overflowed onto my property in Pittsvile. There’s an interesting story here Folks, so stay with me for a minute.

I had just been at the fundraiser in Willards when several people I knew there suggested I go over and cover the Wild Game Feast and Auction over in Pittsvill as well. Considering it was on my way back I thought, why not?

I went over there and there wasn’t a parking space to be found for this sold out event. I found one last spot on my own property across the street. Remember Alfalfa? AKA, Mike Farlow, Assistant States Attorney for Worcester County and President of the Pittsvill Fire Department. Oh, he has a brother named, (I believe) Ti.

Nevertheless, as I had taken the final picture Mike’s brother Ti came up to me and said, (this is the honest to God truth Folks) did you pay for a ticket at the door Sir? I replied, I’m Press and I’m simply covering the event by taking a few pictures and then I’m out of here. He said, I understand that Sir, that will be $25.00! I replied, perhaps you didn’t hear me correctly, I’m here to promote the event and there wasn’t an issue at the front door when I came in. He replied, it doesn’t matter who you are, even if your WBOC, we charge $25.00 to get in the door and that’s all there is to it. I responded, you mean to tell me you charge the Press to get in to cover an event for you? Yes.

Knowing this was complete BS, I knew there was more to what was going on, hence Alfalfa. This guy speaking to me, (Ti) looked familiar but I couldn’t put a finger on it, YET! I looked at this person and I said, look, I’m NOT paying you $25.00 and as a mater of fact, I’m done here and I’m leaving. As I walked out the door and headed over to my vehicle I came to realize that there were a ton of vehicles parked on MY property and I immediately turned around, (pissed off) and I went back inside and very aggressively, (with a mean look on my face) motioned for this same person to come to the door as I wanted to have words with him.

The guy almost runs over to the bar where his brother, (Alfalfa) was and the two of them came back to the door and I said, you two, outside, I want a word with the two of you. I said it loud enough for people to understand, I wasn’t playing games. I started off by stating I didn’t appreciate the way I was treated inside and Mike, (Alfalfa) said this was their biggest event of the year and even though it was “Sold Out” they have to charge everyone coming through the door. I responded, it’s sold out and you’re trying to get money out of me. Like a smart ass he replied, are you telling me you’d like a ticket for next years event in advance?

I explained to them that I was simply there to promote the event and I had NO interest in sticking around and when they responded that they’d love for me to stay. I simply needed to give them $25.00 I said, I’ll tell you what, If you want to continue being a pr ck to me, here’s what I’ll do for you. How about I get on my cell phone right now and call the Sheriffs Department and have some 25 to 30 cars towed off my property across the street right now and let’s just see who can be the bigger pr ck! How about the two of you go inside and announce to everyone that anyone parking on the property across the street need to move their vehicle immediately. Mind you, there’s no trespassing signs all over my property as well.

Nevertheless, I waited a few seconds after they used the excuse, well how do you know these aren’t cars from Station 7? Well, because they had plenty of parking spaces in their lot and it was way too early to be out at that restaurant. Anyhow, I waited and then I said, look, you can clearly see I could be a pr ck right back to you if I wanted. I really don’t care if your people park on my lot. I’m simply trying to make the point that all I am doing is walking in and covering the event for 5 minutes and then I was out of there. They came back explaining how I’m welcome to stay if I pay them $25.00.

The long and short of it Folks is, I had been to the Pittsville Fire Department a while back ago with Mike Lewis, actually twice. Alfalfa doesn’t like Mike too much and because I was with him, he decided to share the love. IMO, this is a spiteful little SOB who’s really into himself. It would be a shame for one little SOB to ruin everything for the Fire Department as it has been known for many years that they use my property for overflow parking. Its also acts like this that will prevent me from rebuilding my property ANY time soon.

I have called the hospital administration without any success. PRMC Up In Smoke

This past weekend and friend of mines Parents unfortunately had to go to PRMC because of an illness. Once there and admitted, the Mother chose to go outside to smoke a cigarette.

As many of you know, PRMC doesn't allow anyone to smoke on their grounds. Following instructions, this woman went out to the street and fired up a cigarette. No sooner was she enjoying her smoke, a Security Person confronted her and told her she could not smoke on PRMC grounds.

She immediately replied, I'm on a PUBLIC STREET, you can't tell me I can't smoke here. The Security Person told her the STREET was owned by PRMC, put the cigarette out or he would have her fined $1,000.00!!!!!

OK PRMC, we have our issues, everyone knows that. However, you people believe you are a God in which you can control the lives of people walking on the streets too? I will set a time to meet ALL of you in which I will gladly come down to that same public street and fire up a Cigar and I dare you to try to fine me $1,000.00 for smoking there. I'll be sure to bring along WBOC & WMDT to make sure your actions are on tape. Wanna try me?
